Powder Coating

it’s an Electrostatic Dry Paint application, based upon plastic micropulverized particles charged with an electric current which attracts them to a metal surface, that is followed by a curing process in an oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Advantages

Uses no solvents, it has up to 99% of material utilization, paint applied is dry, has better performance than conventional wet paints in weather ability tests.

Eco friendly

The paint being in a solid state, and cause its made from plastic resins, its considered a non-hazardous material, generates minimal waste and requires a very small amount of water in the pretreatment process.
